You can join her weekly Pranayama and Meditation classes here. These sessions focus on using the breath to relieve the body of tension, cleanse the body of toxins, build an awareness of life-force, and find stillness in the chaos. Niv believes the breath to be a powerful political tool that can be used to redistribute power, generate solidarity, and raise broken spirits.
